Summer Barbina

It is an honor and privilege to serve as President of this impactful organization. I believe education is the key to unlocking one’s true potential and finding a meaningful and successful career. I have a heart for serving others; knowing that the scholarships we provide will help improve the quality of life for our military families is an absolute blessing.

Angel Eagan

Vice President

I am honored to serve as the Vice President for the Fort Hood Scholarship Fund. Education empowers us to be better versions of ourselves. It is a passion to educate others on education and scholarships.

Heather Banner

Grant Writer

It is a privilege to serve as the Grant Writer for the Fort Hood Scholarship Fund this year. As a military spouse myself, and former military dependent I truly believe that we have this incredible opportunity to make a difference with educational opportunities in our Fort Hood military community. My background closely aligns with working in this space as for the last decade I have worked in both the not for profit and government sector directly supporting our military in several areas. Holding this position brings me great honor to be able to serve our Fort Hood community, and our military dependents and spouses.

Kristie Nix

Event Coordinator

Hi, I’m Kristie Nix and I’m serving as the Events Chairperson this year.  I have been an Army wife for over 27 years and have raised 3 amazing kids.  I am a teacher by profession and highly value education and know that financial scholarships can help make college a reality for our military spouses and kids.  With 2 of my children benefiting from military scholarship funds at different installations, I wanted to be able to give back by volunteering for such a valuable organization.  I look forward to contributing and serving in this capacity and making the end of year ceremony a success.

Regina Michael

Hello. My name is Regina Michael and I am a proud Army Wife of over 35 years as well as a US Army Veteran. My husband and I have 3 married children and 3 lovely grandchildren. It is my pleasure to bring my 35 years of Administration expertise to serve on the Scholarship Fund. Serving in this capacity allows me to serve military families and continue to build this great legacy.

Tammi Bargman

Hello, my name is Tammi Bargman and I am excited to serve as Treasurer for this highly respected organization! I sincerely believe that a path to confidence,
empowerment, and success is through education, and access for continued education should be granted to everyone, equally. The scholarship fund
provides our military families such opportunities and offers tremendous benefits toward achieving their personal and professional goals. Understanding that military scholarships help our community is rewarding and I am proud to be part of this organization.
